How do I pay for my order?
Checkout is processed securely by Stripe and accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your full card number is never stored by us.
Will I get an order number?
Yes — every order gets a GMD# order number, sent in your confirmation email right after checkout. You'll use it together with your email address to track your order on our site.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@gmdindustriual.shop or +1 (863) 320-9139. If your order hasn't shipped yet we'll do our best to change or cancel it; once it has shipped, our standard return process applies.

Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $500,00 ship free. Smaller orders are charged calculated shipping at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days, and transit typically takes 6–9 business days after that depending on your location — rural areas can take a little longer. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order ships.
Which carriers do you use?
Most orders ship via FedEx or DHL; oversized equipment travels with specialized freight carriers. Freight deliveries may require an adult signature.
Use the Track Your Order page — enter your GMD# order number and the email you used at checkout to see your order status and live carrier tracking.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. Gas-powered equipment that has been fueled or run can't be returned for safety and shipping compliance reasons unless it's defective.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@gmdindustrial.shop with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before receiving them.
Is my equipment covered by a warranty?
Yes — all new equipment includes a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Specific terms are listed on each product page.
